On the 30th of August the Alliance Summer Tasting was organized again. Like last year StrandZuid was the location for this culinary day. All restaurants from the Netherlands and Belgium that are connected to the Alliance were represented.
Despite the weather, this culinary day was a great success. Many positive comments were given and everyone went home feeling very satisfied. For Ciel Bleu it was the first time we attended this event, but certainly not the last! During this day we served a delicious oyster royal cabanon accompanied by eucalypt and we got great comments about it.
To us it was a wonderful culinary day and we hope to see you soon in Ciel Bleu!
