Last Saturday was our last evening in Ciel Bleu, as the restaurant will now be closed for three weeks due to the annual summer closure. The last few weeks we have been busy with the culinary event ‘Ciel Bleu meets Down Under’. Hopefully you enjoyed the New Zealand specialties we brought closer to home.
After our guests left last Saturday we cleaned the entire restaurant and kitchen. We also carefully checked the ingredients and got rid of the perishable products, because no-one of us will visit Ciel Bleu for the coming three weeks. The entire team is going to enjoy a well deserved holiday. On Saturday the 8th of August we will all be back and full of new energy. We look forward to welcoming you again in Ciel Bleu in August!
