The weekend of 29th and 30th of August a festival for master chefs was organizes in Germany took. During this festival all master chefs cooked together, to prepare the meals for the guests. This year it was organized for the 7th time at Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg.
The 18 master chefs were all together responsible for at least 29 Michelin-stars and 265,5 Gault-Millau points. The group of master chefs consisted of chefs from Germany, France, Holland, Denmark and Austia. This year, about 700 guests attended the event. Ciel Bleu Banana served bread with foie gras and raspberry. Our colleagues from Yamazato were also present at this festival and prepared sushi from tuna, salmon, whale, shrimps and eel.
Many positive comments were given and next year we will certainly be there again.
