After two presentations we started working in the restaurant of chef Juergens. Pasquinel, our Service Manager, helped out in the service and explained the accompanying wines in German!

TegernseeAt this moment we are in the middle of preparations for tonight, as there will be an important event in Tegernsee, Germany. Together with the two starred chef Juergens, we will prepare a dinner for 38 international journalists, who will then experience Akira Oshima’s skills and the taste of Okura. This event originated from the successful cooperation with the restaurants of the Althoff Collection last April. As you can see on the photo, we are very concentrated and it promises to be a great evening!

A unique cooperation

foto_small.jpgYesterday was the day. Nils Henkel of Restaurant Lerbach*** and Joachim Wissler of Restaurant Vendome*** visited Ciel Bleu to prepare a unique menu together with me. The good preparations and the extensive contact in advance have fulfilled the expectations.

Ciel Bleu meets...German wines

Dear guest,

Romana EchenspergerOnno Kokmeijer has also invited me to introduce myself via his weblog. As you probably know, a déjeuner dînatoire will take place in Ciel Bleu on the 11th of April. Together with Nils Henkel and Joachim Wissler, Onno Kokmeijer will prepare a six-course menu. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this special event, but I am glad that I have been able to contribute, by selecting the wines.
