On 5 September RTL visited my kitchen for the recordings of the television show ‘Topchef’. The result of this was broadcasted on Friday 26 September. As part of the program I gave the candidates a master class in our culinary center ‘Taste of Okura’, during which I showed them how to prepare one of my signature dishes.
After that, the candidates showed their skills by preparing the same dish. To give you the chance to do the same, I hereby give you an overview of the ingredients that were used (based on four persons):
