‘Leermeester van het Jaar 2010’ |

 Last week Pasquinel Kolk, servicemanager of Ciel Bleu, was awarded ‘Leermeester van het Jaar 2010’, which means he is the best teacher of the year. He received this title during the Horeca & Retail Event of the ROC Horizon College in Heerhugowaard.
Pasquinel was nominated for this award by students. After his nomination, a commission evaluated his coaching skills. Together with two chefs from Amsterdam, he got through to the finals. After a tensed count-down by Tom van ‘t Hek, Pasquinel’s photo appeared on the screen, confirming his victory. ‘Receiving this title means a lot to me. I consider it to be a great compliment and big honor.’ The winner went home with a gift voucher, books about different wines and cuisines and an I-pod. And of course the honorable title ‘Leermeester van het Jaar 2010’!
