On behalf of the entire team of Ciel Bleu, I wish you a very nice and culinary 2009. We hope you have enjoyed the holidays accompanied by your family and friends while enjoying a nice dinner.
This year started great with good news. Misset Horeca created the ‘Misset Horeca Superlist’ based on ratings in the Michelin Guide, Lekker, GaultMillau, SpecialBite and Grootspraak (see link). The Ciel Bleu ended up at the 4th position out of 100 restaurants. So obviously, we are very happy! Our Japanese colleagues from the Yamazato Restaurant ended up at the 51st place. As from today we are open again to welcome you at the restaurant.
As we mentioned earlier, I would like to remind you about our special ‘Dine Around’ menu. This menu will be served every Sunday from January 11th until February 22nd to celebrate the preservation of our Michelin stars. This menu consists of three courses in the traditional Japanese restaurant Yamazato located at the ground floor of Hotel Okura, followed by a three course dinner with us at the Ciel Bleu.
