From the 9th until the 13th of December the Millionaire Fair is held in the Amsterdam RAI. Especially for this occasion the Ciel Bleu restaurant is serving an exclusive ‘Feel like a Millionaire’ – menu at the Chef’s Table until Christmas!
From a culinary perspective I feel like a millionaire when I can eat products which are not randomly available and the products taste can not be compared with any other products. Caviar, lobster and Wagyū beef are products which taste exceptional. That is why we have put these exclusive products in our dishes of our ‘Feel like a Millionaire’ – menu. Beside these exclusive products we have added 22 carats of gold leaf in one of the courses to make the menu even more exclusive!
The ‘Feel like a Millionaire’ – menu consists of:
Royal Cabanon Oyster & Cristal Champagne
King crab & Caviar Imperial
Golden Box Scallop & Black Truffle
Turbot & Lobster
Wagyū & Morel
Maroilles & Foie Gras
Blue Mountain Ice Coffee & Tahiti Vanilla
70% Black & 22 Carats Gold
What makes the dishes so special is that they are not accessible for everybody, the dishes are also prepared in a more complex manner like the wagyū beef and the caviar. Also the black truffle from Italy or France we use is scarce because these countries have to supply the whole world. Next to all the ‘rich’ dishes we have of course serve the menu with great Champagne and nice white and red wines from all over the world to make the millionaire feeling complete…
