Cooking talent achieved impressive results at the HorecaEvenTT 2009 |

On the 10th of February I participated in the HorecaEvenTT 2009 in Assen. During this event, culinary contests are organized under the name EvenTT-Culinair. I participated in two different cooking contests, once I gained the first position and one time I won the second price.
I am very proud that I won prices already for the second consecutive year. By joining these contests I will gain more and more experience every time. To me it is really a 'kick' to perform under high pressure and to create and cook others culinary treats. My ambition and dreams are to become an executive chef in a high standard kitchen in the future.
Last year I gained a second position at the HorecaEvenTT by preparing a menu with three courses for four persons. Of course it is fantastic to go home with several prices for the second year in a row, especially when the event is visited by many enthusiastic visitors during the entire day!
