Our Service manager Pasquinel Kolk has been selected by GaultMillau as Maître d’Hotel of the Year!
This is a great accomplishment for Pasquinel and a great appraisal for restaurant Ciel Bleu. Three years ago we hired Pasquinel and Noël Vanwittenbergh to Ciel Bleu to reinforce the team. This award is a reward for all the efforts he has done service wise.
With the reinforcement from Sietse van Zanten the service has really directs the right way. This is an appreciation for the hospitality that they implement. The service team does not have a lot of hierarchy anymore and works as a team of 14 people who will go through lengths for each other, all with the same passion.
With a frivolous and open minded way of thinking, Pasquinel has made the service more special for the business guest as well as for the culinary guest.
Pasquinel, thank you very much for your dedication and keep up the great work!
