On Monday the 25th of May I will leave to Belek,a small town in Turkey where I will be a “cook host” at “Gloria Hotels & Resorts” for a week. A detailed story concerning my experiences follows rapidly. I’ll keep in touch.

Furthermore I will share some more information about the situation of the cooking studio.

Recently we went to Brussels. We visited the cooking studio of Yves Mattagne to share some ideas. I will inform you about the renovations that will take place in a part of Hotel Okura’s current Shopping Arcade soon.

After a great success with Margot Janssen from South Africa who was our ‘cook host’ last year, we will go Down Under.. this time. The event will take place in July where the guests can experience and taste the dishes from New Zealand.

Currently, I’m completing the menu; therefore I will share some details with you soon!
