Ciel Bleu meets Down Under started!

ambassadeurnieuwzeeland_small.jpgYesterday the festive opening of the ‘Ciel Bleu meets Down Under’ event was held in the Ciel Bleu Restaurant. The Ambassador of New Zealand, Ms. Rachel Fry, officially opened the event. From now on it is possible to taste the New Zealand specialties in The Netherlands through the 14th of July.

David Griffiths, Executive Chef of the Huka Lodge, works in my kitchen since last Monday. What is so great about these culinary co operations is the fact that someone else has a different approach to cooking and different ideas about products. As a result you can really learn a lot from each other. At Ciel Bleu our aim is to be continuously innovative. To be able to generate new ideas and continuously develop your concept it is very good to travel and engage in these kinds of culinary co operations.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in the Ciel Bleu Restaurant during these weeks. Shortly after the event Ciel Bleu closes for a few weeks due to the summer closing from the 19th of July through the 7th of August. Of course we will be back in August filled with new inspiration and plans to exceed your expectations!
