Finally, after some exiting hours, the time is there…The Lekker 2011 has been published! Ciel Bleu has attained the 18th position. Of course, we are very proud of this accomplishment, which we have achieved as a team.
Today I travelled to Rotterdam, accompanied by many culinary friends, to attend the presentation of the Lekker 2011. This is a highly appreciated Dutch culinary guide. We get excited every time this guide is published. Every edition we move up a few places, in splendid recognition of our team’s efforts.
Of course, we would like to celebrate this great achievement with you! As of today, we introduce special Chef’s Table nights. At the Chef’s Table you can enjoy your dinner right in the heart of my kitchen and experience the teamwork of my colleagues by yourself. As we attained the 18th position, we will be serving a 18-course menu at €180,00 per person. This ‘Lekker’-menu will be served until the 8th of December, after which other theme-nights at the Chef’s Table will follow.
