CULINARY WORKSHOP OF CIEL BLEU DURING THE TASTE OF AMSTERDAM

workshoptoa_small.jpgAfter three days of Taste of Amsterdam and the culinary workshops of Taste of Okura, Taste of Teppanyaki and Taste of Yamazato, the culinary workshop of Ciel Bleu took place on Sunday.

We met twenty persons for this workshop. We prepared grilled sole with jus of French beans and sweet-and-sour of pears all together. A true culinary workshop, because the dish is also on the new summer menu of the Ciel Bleu restaurant at the moment.

The participants of the workshop were very excited about the whole happening. It was a very nice way to let the visitors take a peek into our kitchen. And the presence of the sun was the cherry on top of a pleasant Sunday afternoon.
