Yesterday was the day. Nils Henkel of Restaurant Lerbach*** and Joachim Wissler of Restaurant Vendome*** visited Ciel Bleu to prepare a unique menu together with me. The good preparations and the extensive contact in advance have fulfilled the expectations.
The déjeuner dînatoire was a huge success for the guests, as well as for us. The dishes were prepared in uttermost concentration, after which they were enthusiastically welcomed by the guests. Even though we composed the menu together, all three of us could give our own twist to the dishes. It was an honor to work together with such talented chefs who understand their profession in great detail. Besides the chefs, Mr. Althoff was also present, to introduce the exclusive Althoff collection to our guests. I am extremely content with this pleasant cooperation, of which I hope it will be continued in the future. This day was a day to remember!
