Together with Emotions, the jewel in the crown of Kuoni Travel Nederland, Hotel Okura will be organizing a very special 16-day road trip by car through South-Africa, aimed at the culinary senses. Sommelier Vanwittenbergh was closely involved with the development of this special trip. He has selected a number of locations which he visited and experienced himself. You will be staying and dining at Le Quartier Français, of course, but you will also stay at Cape Town, where we will provide reservations at the finest restaurants. You will then pay an extended visit to the famous Garden Route. Highlights are the whales at Hermanus (June-Dec.), the quaint town of Knysna and relaxing and walking on the beach at Plettenberg. In Johannesburg you will even stay at the hotel where Nelson Mandela wrote his memoirs. You will end your visit to South-Africa at one of the finest safari lodges, during a fly-in safari at the Kruger National Park.
