As you may know the Ciel Bleu Restaurant is a member of the Alliance Gastronomique. This year the Alliance is organizing a cooking competition for amateur cooks.

Do you want to be chosen as the best amateur cook of the Netherlands? The chefs of the Ciel Bleu Restaurant will select the best recipes and the writers of this recipe will be invited to the kitchen of the Ciel Bleu Restaurant to prepare the dish. Chef Onno Kokmeijer will send the best amateur cook to the final which will take place in the Inspirience Centre of Miele, later this year.
