The French Ciel Bleu Restaurant of Hotel Okura Amsterdam will be member of Alliance Gastronomique as per the first of January 2009. The restaurant is honoured to be asked for this this exclusive group of restaurants membership. The Ciel Bleu is the second restaurant of Hotel Okura Amsterdam that joins the Alliance Gastronomique.

Alliance Gastronomique is a cooperation between professional, passionate and creative chefs and owners of 35 renowned restaurants in The Netherlands and Belgium. The main purpose of the Alliance is to improve the culinary world as a whole, but especially in The Netherlands and Belgium.
