Arjan Speelman Chef de Cuisine Ciel Bleu Restaurant |
Since January 2008 Arjan Speelman is Chef de Cuisine of the Ciel Bleu Restaurant. In this position he is in charge of Executive Chef & Manager Onno Kokmeijer’s kitchen. Arjan is a familiar face to many, as he has been working in Ciel Bleu as Onno’s second in command for five years. Before he worked at Restaurant De Hoefslag in Bosch en Duin where he made Patisserie his specialty. Before De Hoefslag he worked in the kitchen of Restaurant Merlet in Schoorl which has been awarded a Michelin star since 1997. This is the kitchen where he met Kokmeijer. Speelman completed the K.M.B.O chef’s education and the SVH primary and secondary education.
